1. Order Production Time

• Since our items are print-on-demand (POD) products, production typically takes 3 to 5 business days before your item ships out (specialty items or high-volume periods like holidays may occasionally take slightly longer).

2. Estimated Shipping & Transit Times

Total delivery time combines both production and transit times, depending on your location:

• US Domestic Orders: 3 to 5 business days for production + 3 to 7 business days for transit (Total estimated delivery: 6 to 12 business days from the order date).

• International Orders: Takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks for delivery after production, depending on international transit routes and customs processing.

3. Shipping Rates & Checkout Options

• Shipping methods and costs are calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. Depending on the product, eligible checkout options (such as Standard or expedited speeds) will appear automatically.

4. Order Tracking & Carrier Handoffs

• Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information.

• Tracking Note: Fourthwall utilizes a dual-carrier system, which means tracking updates may occasionally pause for a day or two when the package is handed over to the local postal service near delivery. This is completely normal and does not mean your package is lost.

5. Customs and Import Duties

• For many international destinations (including the EU), applicable customs duties are collected directly at checkout and displayed as a separate line item, ensuring smooth delivery with nothing extra to pay upon arrival. For other destinations, import duties and customs fees set by the destination country's authority may apply upon delivery.
